We are seeking a proactive and team focussed Administration Officer to provide contemporary support to our recruitment function, supporting hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment administration. This is a new role which you can make your own, and includes some reception cover and general administration duties as part of the greater Employee Engagement and Administration team.
This is a 30 hour per week role, 2 years fixed term with view to permanency.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as drafting ads, acting as key contact for candidates, arranging interviews, managing calendars and meeting rooms, and arranging travel and accommodation as necessary.
Support hiring managers with updates, coordination, and recruitment administration, including maintaining accurate records across various systems.
Provide support across broader Employee Engagement team activities, including backfilling team members, preparing ad hoc reports, and contributing to projects and initiatives as required.
