Business Development Executive – Property Partnerships
EASOVA specialises in granny flats and second-home solutions across Sydney. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our partnerships across the property and mortgage industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Sydney, NSW
Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 + Super
OTE: $100,000–$150,000+ including bonus and commission
What You’ll Do
- Build partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lending businesses and other property professionals
- Proactively approach and meet potential partners through calls, LinkedIn, face-to-face meetings and networking events
- Develop referral partnerships that generate qualified leads and new clients for EASOVA
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and drive ongoing referrals
- Identify potential granny flat and second-home opportunities and connect qualified clients with our sales team
- Attend property and mortgage industry events and grow EASOVA’s professional network
About You
- Previous experience in Australian real estate, property, mortgage, lending or a related industry
- Strong English communication skills and confidence conducting business conversations
- Outgoing, social and comfortable meeting new people
- Confident with networking, cold outreach and face-to-face meetings
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Results-driven and comfortable working towards business development targets
Existing relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, property managers, developers or property investors will be highly regarded.
