Yo Way is looking for outgoing casual team members who can bring great energy to our stores and help us grow.
This isn’t a job where you stand behind the counter all shift. We want people who are happy to:
Get out and sample our frozen yogurt
Approach and engage with new customers
Promote offers and get people excited about Yo Way
Get involved in social content and local activations
Deliver genuinely great customer service
Bring energy and personality to every shift
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching people
- Reliable and proactive
- Naturally outgoing with great communication skills
- Available for casual shifts, including weekends
- Ready to have some fun while getting the job done
Retail or hospitality experience is great, but personality, confidence and attitude matter more.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
