The People & Culture Coordinator acts as a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees and leaders, delivering timely, accurate and practical advice across a broad range of people matters. This role is a parental leave replacement for a fixed 12 month period.
The role connects day to day P&C operations with broader transformation and strategic initiatives, ensuring people processes are compliant, efficient, well-documented and aligned to our culture, values and ways of working.
To succeed you will have…
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a P&C Coordinator
- Experience supporting remuneration review cycles
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Experience maintaining and administering a HRIS (HiBob highly regarded)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
