The Role
We're looking for a customer-focused and technically capable Workplace Technology Analyst to join our Workplace Technology team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys solving problems, providing exceptional customer service, and working across a broad range of technologies in a collaborative environment.
The role is office-based, providing opportunity for strong collaboration, connection and teamwork.
Your key responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests, resolving issues when possible and escalating as required

Deliver exceptional customer service through both remote and face-to-face support channels

Troubleshoot issues relating to Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, hardware and peripherals

Provide practical advice, guidance and basic training

Manage and coordinate high-severity incidents

Liaise with external vendors and support providers

Contribute to internal knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
You are a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support experiences. You communicate effectively with people of all technical abilities and enjoy solving problems collaboratively.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline

Previous experience working within a service desk or IT support environment

Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments

Advanced troubleshooting experience across Microsoft 365 environment, including administration, desktop applications, SharePoint and OneDrive permissions and more

Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals and end-user devices

Experience working within Active Directory and Azure environments

Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

A customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
