About you
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail orientated Legal Assistant looking for their next opportunity. The successful candidate will be passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced high performing team.
To be successful and thrive in this role you will have the following skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant in a law firm (ideally within Intellectual Property)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- The ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong work ethic, ability to manage competing priorities and keep on top of deadlines
- A commitment to excellence with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work (attention to detail is critical)

Your role
You will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative and secretarial support to two of our leading Partners within our Intellectual Property and Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and inbox management
- Meeting, travel and event management
- Assisting in the maintenance of the firm's trademark portfolio database
- Drafting documents and correspondence, including court documents
- Producing and formatting accurate, high-quality correspondence and legal documents
- Assisting with matter management, including conflict checks, file opening and closing, file set up, engagement letters, cost estimates
- Preparation of end-of-month billing, expenses and vendor invoicing
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders including our clients
- General administrative duties
