$80,000 base + super | On-target earnings $110,000 | NDIS | Full-Time | Hybrid | Sunshine Coast
Are you the person your community already knows and trusts? The one referrers call, families rely on, and participants follow? If this sounds like you, this role is built for you.
Alya is growing on the Sunshine Coast, and we are looking for a Participant Growth Partner to help us build our presence in the region, someone genuinely connected across health, hospitals, allied health, and community services, who can open doors and bring people with them.
This role would suit someone who understands the NDIS sector and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You might be an experienced Support Coordinator, have worked for an NDIS provider, or come from a background in health, allied health, case management or community services.
You’ll spend time out in the community, meeting with people and organisations, learning about the local area and helping build relationships that lead to meaningful connections for participants.
You’ll also maintain a small caseload of your own. This means you won't be removed from the day-to-day experience of supporting people - you'll remain connected to participants, families and support workers and see the impact of the relationships you help build.
What you'll be doing
- Building genuine relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, allied health professionals, GPs, support coordinators and community organisations
- Becoming a familiar and trusted face for Alya across the Sunshine Coast
- Helping participants and families understand how Alya may be able to support them
- Supporting a smooth and thoughtful intake experience for new participants
- Managing a small, focused caseload and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families and support workers
- Working closely with our rostering, leadership and clinical teams to ensure participants receive consistent, well-coordinated support
- Helping us understand the Sunshine Coast community and how Alya can best contribute to it
What you'll bring
- Experience in the NDIS or a related health, disability or community services environment
- A genuine interest in people and the ability to build trust naturally
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with a wide range of people
- An understanding of how participants and families navigate the NDIS and find the right supports
- The confidence to work independently, manage your own time and get out into the community
- Strong organisation and follow-through, particularly when managing a caseload
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
Experience as a Support Coordinator, in case management, nursing, allied health or another clinical field will be highly regarded. Existing knowledge of the Sunshine Coast community and local service landscape is essential.
What's in it for you?
- $80,000 base salary + super, with on-target earnings of $110,000
- A performance-based incentive structure that recognises the contribution you make to Alya's growth
- The opportunity to help establish and shape Alya's presence in a new region
- Genuine hybrid flexibility, working across the Sunshine Coast and our Brisbane office
- A supportive leadership team and a collaborative workplace
- The chance to work in a role that combines community connection, relationship-building and direct participant impact
About Alya
Alya is a Registered NDIS provider supporting participants across South East Queensland, from children and families to people accessing psychosocial, neurodivergent and complex disability supports.
Our approach is relational, participant-focused and grounded in consistency, communication and trust.
As we continue to grow, we're thoughtful about how we enter new communities. We don't want to simply open an office and put up a sign - we want to get to know the people, services and organisations already doing good work in the region and build genuine relationships from the ground up.
The Sunshine Coast is an important part of where we're heading next, and this role will play a key part in helping us become a trusted part of that community.
If you enjoy meeting people, building genuine relationships and creating opportunities for participants to access the right support, we'd love to hear from you.
