The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join our management team on a casual, part-time or full-time basis.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the floor, working closely with management to oversee daily operations, support our front of house staff, and maintain high service standards across the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the front of house team throughout service
- Working closely with the management team to achieve operational goals
- Ensuring venue is presented to the highest standard
- Training front of house staff
- Resolving customer concerns
- Maintaining high standards of service
- Opening and/or closing of the venue
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Valid WA Approved Managers certification
- Strong background in food and beverage operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with both staff and customers
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay: $36.81 – $51.54 per hour
