Reports to: Marketing Manager – Digital
Salary: $85-$90K per annum plus superannuation
The Opportunity
Joining an award-winning marketing team, you will support Aveo's established retirement communities through the coordination of various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, ultimately resulting in sales targets being achieved. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure overall digital marketing efforts are industry-leading and Aveo remains Australia's most trusted name in retirement living. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts - supporting strategy, launching campaigns, and analysing performance across all channels. You'll drive CRM adoption and automation, lead nurturing activities, and social media efforts (paid and organic) to maintain a vibrant presence across our communities.
Your Impact
- Leveraging the Aveo CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for marketing automation, including email campaigns and website integration.
- Managing paid and organic social media across our 67 retirement communities.
- Support the management of website content updates and website performance.
- Creating and optimising digital reporting to drive informed, data-led decisions.
- Collaborating with the wider Aveo Marketing Team and advertising agency to execute campaigns that build brand visibility and generate leads.

What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or advertising.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce), CMS (e.g. Drupal), and Google Analytics.
- Organic social media content creation and scheduling experience.
- Meta Ads experience (Google Ads a bonus).
- Self-motivated, positive attitude with an interest in collaborating and growing your marketing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaboration skills with a range of stakeholders and always looking for ways to drive continuous improvement.
