About the Role
Yo-Chi is opening at Casuarina Square, and we’re looking for a Venue General Manager to lead our first ever NT venue. This is your chance to take full ownership, build a team from the ground up, and bring the Yo-Chi energy to a whole new community! What you’ll be doing
Lead and inspire the Casuarina Square team to deliver high-energy, exceptional service
Take full responsibility for all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
Maintain product quality, food safety standards, and operational excellence
Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
Drive performance by managing KPIs, costs, and overall business growth
Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely, and delivers a memorable guest experience
What we’re looking for
Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail, or QSR venues
Strong operational expertise in rosters, stock, and performance metrics
Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
People-first leadership style – you build culture, inspire teams, and create positive work environments

The exciting part
This isn’t just another management role. You’ll be leading Yo-Chi’s first ever Northern Territory venue, shaping the team, setting the standard, and creating a space the community loves.
To set you up for success ahead of the Casuarina Square opening, this role will require approximately 4 weeks of paid training in Adelaide, South Australia prior to launch. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
