We're looking for a motivated Full-Time Shift Supervisor to join our growing QSR business.
This is a hands-on leadership role—not an office job. You'll work alongside your team every day, coaching, supporting and motivating them to deliver outstanding products with fast, efficient and friendly service while driving sales and creating a great customer experience.
About the Role
- Lead and support your team.
- Coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and store presentation.
- Assist with rostering, stock control and team training.
- Ensure operational procedures and company standards are met.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and positively.
About You
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
- A positive, energetic leader who enjoys developing people.
- Passionate about customer service and achieving results.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
