What the day will look like
This is a leadership role where you’ll drive portfolio performance, growth strategy and client outcomes while leading a high-performing team within Aon’s specialist Entertainment segment.

Leading and developing a team of Client Executives, building capability and driving performance

Owning pipeline development, conversion and retention across the Entertainment portfolio

Managing key client relationships and providing expert advice on complex coverage and programme design

Leading insurer engagement and negotiations to deliver optimal coverage and pricing outcomes

Supporting product development and portfolio strategy to align with market demand and growth objectives

Acting as the technical escalation point for complex or non-standard risks
How this opportunity is different
This is a genuinely unique leadership role within a specialist segment — working across events, festivals, film, television and broader entertainment risks.
You’ll sit at the intersection of client management, product strategy and insurer partnerships, working closely with Affinity leadership, broking teams and carriers to shape portfolio outcomes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Strong experience in general insurance across multiple commercial lines

Proven ability to manage complex placements and structure bespoke insurance programmes

Experience leading or mentoring teams in a client-facing environment

Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across clients, carriers and internal teams

Tier 1 qualified, with a Diploma of Insurance Broking preferred
