About the Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled WordPress Developer & Advertising Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines website development with digital advertising, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and technical web development. Key Responsibilities WordPress Development Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites. Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements. Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and user-friendly. Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO. Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing maintenance. Integrate forms, payment systems, and third-party tools. Digital Advertising Create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Develop engaging ad copy and creative content. Monitor campaign performance and optimize results. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. Prepare performance reports and recommendations. Assist with social media marketing and brand awareness campaigns. Requirements Experience with WordPress website development. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Understanding of website hosting, domains, and website security. Experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Elementor, Divi, or other page builders.
