We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe All-Rounder to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Cafe All-Rounder, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our busy site café. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work across food preparation, coffee service, customer engagement, and general café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, rolls, and light café meals
- Assist the Chef with food preparation and kitchen support
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Support daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
- Work efficiently as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
- Proven barista experience is essential
- Passionate about food, coffee, and customer service
- Able to work efficiently in a busy team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 1:30pm
- Takes pride in delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences
