Job Brief
We are looking for a strong and reliable Foreman / Sub-Foreman to join our team.
If you have experience in high-rise residential construction and enjoy leading teams on site, this role is for you.
You will guide workers, manage daily site work, and make sure the job is done safely and on time. Your leadership will help turn plans into quality homes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work for structure and/or finishing works
- Lead tradesmen and subcontractors on site
- Read and understand construction drawings
- Plan and coordinate work areas (work fronts)
- Monitor quality of work and ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain strong safety standards at all times
- Solve site issues quickly and effectively
- Report progress to site management
Qualifications
- Strong experience in high-rise residential construction
- Experience in structure and/or finishing works
- Trade qualification (preferred)
- Proven ability to supervise workers and subcontractors
- Ability to read drawings and manage daily site tasks
- Strong safety knowledge and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
