The role A hands-on industrial designer to design our next wheels end to end: from concept and styling through to manufacturable CAD. You'll own the look and the buildability — balancing aesthetics, structural constraints, and our manufacturing processes — and produce concept renders to pitch and refine designs. What you'll do - Design new wheel ranges — concept sketches → 3D models → production-ready CAD - Develop designs for manufacture (DFM) for forged / flow-formed / cast aluminium, within structural and certification requirements - Produce high-quality renders / visualisations of concepts for review and sign-off - Work with our manufacturers/engineers to validate strength, fitment and finish - Maintain design specs, tolerances and documentation What we're looking for (must-haves) - Industrial / product design qualification + a portfolio of physical products designed for manufacture - Strong 3D CAD — SolidWorks / Rhino / Alias / Fusion — your pipeline, surface and solid modelling - Understanding of design for manufacture and materials (metals; ideally aluminium processes) - Rendering / visualisation skills (KeyShot / Blender / equivalent) - An eye for automotive / performance aesthetics Nice to have - Automotive or wheel design experience; knowledge of wheel standards (JWL / VIA / TÜV) - FEA / structural analysis exposure - Experience taking products from concept to production with overseas manufacturers
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
