Job Title: Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator
Location: Canning Vale, Perth WA
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday | 2:00pm – 10:30pm (30 minute break)

We are a growing our embroidery and printing department, dedicated to delivering high-quality custom embroidery for our clients. With a reputation for attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship, we're looking to expand our team with a skilled embroidery machine operator who takes pride in their work.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable running multi-head embroidery machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all garments and products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines (Barudan experience preferred, but experience in other brands are also highly regarded)
- Hoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery.
- Thread, adjust, and change needles, bobbins, and tension as needed.
- Monitor production runs for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or design issues promptly.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Stock handling and organisation
- Operating Heat Press Machine
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience running multi-head embroidery machines
- Comfortable working afternoon and night shift hours
- Able to work confidently and independently within a small team environment, typically alongside one or two other employees
- Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Basic computer skills (Wilcom experience advantageous)
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling garments/materials
- Valid Australian work rights
