We are looking for senior supervisors with experience in a manufacturing environment who are wanting to learn and grow, working towards becoming a Production Manager.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the day-to day operations of the production department, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all manufacturing activities for 50 to 70 people over two shifts.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align production with business objectives
- Foster a safe and productive work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures
- Prepare production reports and analyse data to support informed decision making.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production role, preferable within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the glass processing industry will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control principles
- Excellent problem -solving, decision - making, and critical - thinking skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
