Shine Skin and Body is an award-winning skin clinic in Richmond, specialising in advanced skin treatments and exceptional client care. Every day we help people feel more confident in their skin—and we're looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to become the first smile our clients see.
This role is ideal for locals looking for consistent part-time work, working holiday travellers, or beauty and dermal graduates wanting experience in a busy, high-end skin clinic.
About the Role
As the face of our clinic, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment clients walk through the door.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and keeping therapists' days running smoothly
- Answering phones, emails and client enquiries
- Processing payments and rebooking appointments
- Maintaining a beautiful, organised reception area
- Supporting our therapists and helping the clinic run efficiently
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves working with people and creating exceptional customer experiences
- Is organised and thrives in a busy environment
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is confident using computers and learning new software
- Has reception, hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Has an interest in beauty, skin or wellness (a bonus)
