First Contact is seeking a polished and hospitality-driven Workplace Experience Lead to deliver a premium corporate workplace experience within a high-profile corporate environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for creating a seamless and engaging experience for employees, guests and stakeholders across front-of-house operations, meeting and event coordination, workplace presentation and day-to-day experience delivery.
You’ll act as the key connector across workplace services, helping drive a welcoming, professional and 5-star workplace environment.
- Lead the day-to-day workplace experience across reception, meeting rooms and events.
- Deliver a premium guest and employee experience from arrival through to departure.
- Coordinate workplace operations, room readiness and stakeholder support.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service partners.
- Support front-of-house operations during peak periods where required.
- Drive workplace presentation, hospitality standards and operational consistency.
- Develop and maintain workplace procedures, service standards and playbooks.
- Support ESG initiatives, compliance processes and operational risk requirements.
- Continually identify opportunities to elevate the workplace experience offering.
- Experience within workplace experience, concierge, hospitality or premium customer service environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional presentation with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
