$76,515.00 - $96,515.00 / Year + Superannuation
What you'll be doing
- Organisation of files per category
- Allocate budget for coffee machine parts purchase
- Invoice customers & organise contracts
- Manage purchase orders & office supplies
- Coordinate & supervise staff roaster and performance
- Comply with government work legislation and ensure polices and procedures are in place
- Organise and planning office services, along with maintain service standards
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
What we're looking for
- Troubleshooting and office skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Adaptable and eager to learn, keeping up with the latest coffee equipment and industry trends
- At least one year of experience required
