About the Role
As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work closely with children and families to develop and implement individualised behaviour support strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and contributing to individualised behaviour support plans

Delivering evidence-based behavioural interventions

Working with children and young people with a range of developmental and behavioural needs

Supporting families and carers with practical strategies

Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions where appropriate

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports

Collaborating with other allied health professionals and support teams

Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in behaviour therapy, early intervention or working with children and young people (desirable)

Knowledgeable about evidence-based behavioural intervention approaches

Passionate about supporting children and families
-
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Organised, reliable and able to manage a caseload effectively

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Committed to professional development and delivering high-quality care
Early career professionals with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in behaviour therapy are encouraged to apply, with training, supervision and mentoring available.
