Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on outdoor role working alongside an experienced team maintaining a variety of properties across Adelaide.
Duties may include:
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weed control and garden clean-ups
- Planting and mulching
- Green waste removal
- Basic irrigation checks
- General garden and grounds maintenance
- Operating commercial gardening equipment safely
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Desirable:
- Previous gardening, horticulture or grounds maintenance experience
- Chemical application accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience operating residential mowing and gardening equipment
- Horticulture qualification or currently studying horticulture

Hours
Typically Monday to Friday, commencing around 7:00am and finishing between 2 and 3.
