The opportunity
As Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Moorabbin DFO store — leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people and owning their numbers.
What you'll do
- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training
- Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising
- Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally
