The Flexiforce team are seeking an adaptable, target-driven & customer service focused individual for a Retail Assistant/Measurement Consultant position at a uniform store outlet in Goulburn.
The selected candidate will attain an immediate start in an ongoing part-time role. 1-2 days per week, 8-16 hours per week.
The successful applicant will already possess experience in a similar field.
A security clearance will also be required prior to commencement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing prompt and efficient customer support.
- Tailoring services to customer’s individual needs in relation to preferences, style, body type, and price range.
- Assisting in fittings and answering questions about uniforms.
- Participating in inventory management, stock control and stock take.
- Managing and packing orders, handling exchanges, and processing payments.
- Utilising computer software.
- Upkeeping a tidy & clean store and workspace.
- Effectively communicating with team members in a friendly & professional manner.
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a role with a similar background.
- Diligent & solution-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment to achieve one goal.
- Capacity to work autonomously and without supervision, where necessary.
- Physical fitness & capacity to lift heavy boxes.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal/communication and customer service skills.
