The opportunity
The Family Engagement and Learning Program Delivery Officer provides high-quality project and administrative support to the Family Engagement and Learning team. Working across a range of community programs and events, the role assists with planning, promotion, delivery and evaluation activities that encourage community participation and support lifelong learning opportunities for local families.
What you’ll do
- Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of community programs and events.
- Assist with developing promotional materials for programs, services and collections.
- Coordinate event logistics including bookings, invitations, facilitators and catering.
- Prepare reports, statistical data, correspondence and event evaluations.
- Contribute to service improvements and ensure effective administrative support.
What you need to succeed
- Certificate or Diploma in libraries, education, community development, or relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine community focus.
- Well-developed administration and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
