At CQUniversity, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking a passionate and capable Workforce Capability Partner to help design, develop and deliver engaging learning and development initiatives that build capability across our diverse workforce.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the University to identify capability needs and develop practical, engaging learning solutions that support organisational success. You'll contribute to the delivery of enterprise-wide capability programs, create high-quality learning resources, support and administer learning management systems, facilitate training, and help drive a culture of continuous development.
No two days will be the same. One day you might be developing an interactive eLearning module, the next facilitating a workshop, analysing learning data, partnering with subject matter experts, or supporting users of our learning management systems.

What You'll Bring
You'll be able to demonstrate:
Strong digital media skills and experience designing and developing high-quality learning resources for face-to-face, blended and/or online delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Experience working with learning management systems and digital learning technologies.
A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
You will possess:
A relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning methodologies.
Experience using corporate systems and learning management software.
Highly regarded:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher qualification in adult education).
Experience with Articulate 360.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
