About the Role:
This is a varied and fast-paced role providing customer service and administrative support to staff, students, parents, contractors and visitors.
We are seeking a professional, organised and adaptable team member with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing TRACER bookings and supply teacher arrangements.
Preparing work for staff supervisions.
Processing teacher leave in MyHR.
Maintaining teacher observation and professional development registers.
Managing the Principal's Data Wall.
Processing student suspensions and exclusions.
Completing 5P IDAttend reporting.
Printing excursion letters.
Maintaining emergency staff roles.
Coordinating volunteer and contractor key messages.
Undertaking first aid duties.
De-identifying confidential documents as required.
