We're a warm, welcoming family of five in Bellevue Hill (close to Bondi and the city) looking for an experienced, loving nanny-housekeeper to become part of our family — as our previous nannies have. (One of them loved the role so much she's helping us write this ad!)
Our kids are 10 and 8 (girls) and 3 (boy) — sweet, smart, funny little people who will adore you.
The live-in offer: your own brand-new, fully self-contained granny flat attached to our newly built home — private entrance, your own space, one of Sydney's best locations. Live-out also considered for the right person.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00–10:30am and 2:30–7:30pm, plus occasional evening/weekend babysitting by arrangement. Live-in makes the midday break genuinely yours — home, beach, gym, study.
Package: $80,000–$90,000 including superannuation, depending on experience — PLUS live-in accommodation included at no cost (rent value $26,000–$36,000/yr), bringing the total package value to $110,000–$125,000+. Negotiable for the right long-term candidate.
The role:
- Morning routine, packed lunches, school/daycare drop-offs
- Pick-ups, after-school activities, homework help
- Cooking simple family dinners; bath and bedtime routine for the little one
- Family laundry and ironing (family of five — there's a bit!), linen changes
- Keeping kitchen/living areas clean and the household organised; weekly deeper clean of bathrooms/floors
- Occasional grocery runs
You:
- 5+ years' childcare experience with checkable references
- WWCC, current First Aid, valid driver's licence and confident behind the wheel
- Kind, punctual, organised, reliable — someone who takes real pride in a well-run home
- Spanish-speaking a lovely bonus, not a requirement
We've had wonderful long-term relationships with our nannies (3+ years, including international travel with the family) and we're looking for the same again: someone who wants a real home with a family that will treat them like one of their own.
