We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy new year period.
A day in the life at Max Brenner:
- Greeting customers upon entry and exit of cafes
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining a high standard of quality
- Work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders
- Assisting other Team Members where needed
- Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within the Hospitality industry
- Ideally 2 years of barista experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including grinder calibration, coffee
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Able to work mornings, nights, and weekends

Please note that the hourly rate of pay for this role will be dictated by the Restaurant Industry Award.
