The Role:
The Fleet Manager is responsible for the daily supervision and efficient deployment of people and resources across our fleet. This position ensures the effective delivery of parcels through the hands-on coordination of operational teams and driver performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing Supervision - across our Drivers
- Driver and fleet efficiencies
- Organising the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel
- Liaising with clients to determine fleet requirements
- receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules
- ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality
- arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods
- maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and report
- Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
The Successful Candidate will have:

- Understanding of Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
