About the Role
ICORP Security is seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to join our team within the Mansfield and High Country region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals seeking stable night shift work within an environment where safety, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled foot patrols
- Provide a visible security presence and deterrent to unauthorised activities
- Monitor the site for suspicious behaviour, safety hazards, and security breaches
- Report incidents, observations, and maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records using electronic reporting systems
- Liaise professionally with staff, contractors, visitors, and emergency services when required
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and security protocols
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts
- Professional presentation and customer service skills
- Sound report writing and incident documentation abilities
- Reliable transport and ability to travel within the region
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in Security industry
- Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) Training
- Experience in verbal and physical de-escalation techniques
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence
