Role Description:
Delivery Specialist (Order management)
Location: Melbourne / Sydney
Salary: AUD 90,243– 98,861 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
Order Management & Delivery:-
Plan and execute fulfillment and delivery projects for enterprise customers.
-
Oversee order validation, provisioning, and delivery processes.
-
Ensure timely delivery within agreed SLAs and cycle times.
-
Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:-
Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
-
Maintain strong client relationships and handle correspondence effectively.
-
Provide regular progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Risk & Process Management:-
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Support automation initiatives and process improvements.
-
Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise (Added Advantage):-
Basic understanding of Routing/Switching and SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela & VMware Velocloud).

Knowledge of Cisco & Juniper products and LAN/WAN technologies.
-
Knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs).
-
Familiarity with IP services (IPv4/IPv6, VPN, QoS, SNMP) and wireless LAN technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:-
Minimum 4 yrs of experience required in Order Fulfillment and Order Management
- Strong understanding of telecom fulfillment and delivery processes.

Experience in enterprise customer projects within telecom domain.

Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.
-
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow (preferred), Salesforce and reporting tools.
Certifications (Preferred):-
ITIL v4
-
Prince 2 for project management.
-
CCNA for technical expertise.
ADDITIONAL-
Excellent customer-facing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
