Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and driven ICT Business Analyst to become the operational engine of our teams. This is not a passive, report-pulling role. You will work closely with business development, sales, partnerships and other business functions to analyse data, identify business opportunities, improve operational processes, and support strategic initiatives that drive business growth. You will bridge business needs with data-driven insights and practical business solutions, playing a pivotal role in improving business performance, operational efficiency and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, pipeline health and partner performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into sales sectors, partner ecosystems and customer lifecycle to uncover trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation.
- Transform complex data into clear, compelling insights and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the sales team by analysing business data to identify high-potential leads and optimise outreach strategies.
- Analyse individual and team performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain the integrity of business data, reporting systems and business applications.
- Research potential partners, model business opportunities and monitor partnership performance.
- Analyse business processes and operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical business and system improvements.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports and business intelligence tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Liaise with business development, sales, partnerships and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend business solutions.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or a closely related field.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse business data and identify practical business solutions.
- Experience in analysing business processes, gathering business requirements and supporting business process and system improvements.
Preferred
- Experience in the FinTech, payments, financial services or technology industry.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or other business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
