WE'RE HIRING – Business Development Executive (Sales)
Location: Bankstown, NSW
Antco is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in shopfitting, fit-out, or construction, enjoy building client relationships, and are passionate about winning new business, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the shopfitting, fit-out, and construction industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, architects, designers, and project managers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
- Work closely with the Project Coordination and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development or Sales within the shopfitting, fit-out, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out and construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project requirements is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Full Australian working rights.
