With 21 purpose-built centres across Melbourne and continued growth on the horizon, we're looking for a Team Support Officer to join our South Melbourne Support Office team.

Working 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, you'll play a key role in supporting our People & Culture team, Support Office employees and visitors while helping create an exceptional employee experience. This is an Office based position

About the Role
As our Team Support Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Support Office runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, support day-to-day office operations, assist with events and celebrations, and provide administrative support across the business.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be welcoming guests and coordinating office supplies, while the next you're helping organise a team event, onboarding a new employee or supporting an Executive meeting. Key Responsibilities include:
Office Administration & Reception
- Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression of Explorers
- Manage reception duties, phone enquiries and deliveries
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment
- Liaise with contractors and service providers regarding office maintenance and repairs
Office Coordination
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and amenities
- Process invoices and support office-related expenditure management
- Ensure common areas remain well-presented and fully stocked
Events & Employee Experience
- Assist with Support Office events, celebrations and recognition initiatives
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and event logistics
- Support Executive and team events, including strategy days and special programs
Team Support
- Support administrative activities across Support Office teams
- Assist with onboarding experiences for new employees
- Set up workspaces, welcome packs and office tours for new starters
- Provide ad hoc support to leaders, including the CEO, when required
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating positive experiences for team members, visitors and stakeholders.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or a similar support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and other business systems
- A positive, proactive and collaborative approach
- A passion for workplace culture and creating a great employee experience
