About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play an important role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and workstations
- Receiving and storing stock
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
Availability
- Weekend availability is essential
- Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
