Squeakers Child Care Centre is under new management and currently have positions available for Bachelor Degree Early Childhood Teachers within our family owned centre. Full time or Part-time considered.

Our Educators must be passionate about achieving quality outcomes for children and their families. You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have proven Early Childhood skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implement developmental programs ensuring children's education is promoted and supported
- Observe and record children's growth and development
- Communicate effectively with families.
- Develop individual child portfolios and ability to program for children's development
- Support & guide the children in their learning and social behaviours
- Encourage & promote positive behaviours
- Supervise children's play ensuring their physical safety at all times
- Develop professional relationships will colleagues, children and parents
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or working towards).
- A current First Aid certificate
- A current Working with Children Check
- Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Excellent computer Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence
- A high level of professionalism with the ability to take their own initiative in their work
