We are seeking experienced Fine Dining Food & Beverage Attendants with a proven background in hatted or equivalent premium venues. Deliver service aligned with formal fine-dining Sequence of Service standards

Provide professional, personalised guest interactions from arrival to departure

Confidently present menus, explain techniques, and recommend wine pairings

Execute precise food and beverage service, including plate and tray service

Maintain immaculate presentation, cleanliness, and compliance standards

Anticipate guest needs and respond with efficiency and composure

Work collaboratively within a structured, high-expectation service team

Maintain consistency during busy services and extended or split shifts
You are a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong track record in premium dining environments. You understand the discipline of fine dining and value long-term commitment, team culture, and continuous refinement of service skills.

Minimum 1 year experience in hatted, degustation, or equivalent fine-dining venues

Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles

Strong understanding of fine-dining etiquette and service structure

Confident menu knowledge and wine service fundamentals

Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-facing skills

Ability to carry three plates and manage tray service with ease
