Our service is growing, and we’re excited to welcome new Educators & a Gardener into our professional, fun and community‑focused OSHC environment. The ability to combine both roles for increased hours is possible for the right applicant. About the Roles
Casual Gardener
We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable gardener to maintain and support the development of our gardens, veggie patches and nature‑play areas. If you enjoy working outdoors, are self-motivated, love nature and gardening, we’d love to hear from you. Flexible days, approx. 5 hours per week with additional hours as required.
Casual Educators
We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic Educators with a strong work ethic and the ability to use initiative. Shifts will initially be casual/on‑call, with opportunities to transition into regular part‑time hours for the right applicants. You’ll be working across Before & After School Care, Vacation Care and Pupil‑Free Days. Availability is required between 6:15am and 6pm Mon-Fri with possible split shifts during school terms and full days during school holidays. We are especially interested in applicants who are looking for long‑term opportunities in the OSHC sector and who want to grow their skills, experience and career within a highly regarded, well‑established service. An interest in Nature Play, Playwork, and Loose Parts will be an advantage.
