We have opened a new bento-style restaurant inside the food court of Melrose Central, a newly launched commercial complex in Melrose Park (located between Ryde and Parramatta). Our concept is based on traditional jubako food boxes, offering a variety of dishes such as charcoal‑grilled Unajū, Yakitori, Katsu‑jū, Sukiyaki‑jū, and more.
We are currently looking for Kitchen Staff and experienced Kitchen Hands (minimum two years of experience). As this is a food court location, you will also be required to assist with cashier duties, so we are seeking kitchen‑experienced applicants who also enjoy customer service. Applicants must be able to work for at least three months.

新店舗、フードコートのお重（お弁当屋さん）スタッフ募集
メルローズパーク ( Melrose Park ) という場所に、Melrose Central という
新しい商業施設が開業しました。＊ライドとパラマタの中間くらいの場所です。
その中にあるフードコートエリアに、重箱をコンセプトにしたお弁当屋さんを開店しました。
炭火を使ったうな重や、焼き鳥。カツ重、すき焼き重 などなどさまざまなメニューをご用意しています。
＊ キッチン経験者、もしくはキッチンハンドを募集します。
（キッチンハンド経験者は最低2年以上の経験者に限る）
＊ 最低3か月以上勤務可能な方に限ります。
ただフードコートということで、キャッシャーもして頂いたりもしますので、
接客好きなキッチン経験者を募集致します。
