AUSKOR Swimming is a growing swim school based in Menai, and we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher who is interested in developing into an Assistant Manager role as we continue to expand.
This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about swimming, enjoys working with children, and wants to be part of building something bigger than just teaching lessons.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Teaching learn-to-swim / squad classes
- Assisting with day-to-day swim school operations
- Supporting customer service and enrolment administration
- Helping grow and develop the swim school
- Working closely with management to improve programs and systems
No management experience? No problem.
At AUSKOR Swimming, we will teach you both the teaching and management side of the business. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping grow the swim school long-term.
