Experienced Associate Veterinarian – Permanent Full-time Position Available

For over 50 years, Penrith Veterinary Hospital has been caring for Penrith’s pets and their owners. Our experienced veterinarians and dedicated nursing team are committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care in a friendly, comprehensive, and affordable environment. With a team of 9 experienced veterinarians supported by almost 20 veterinary nurses, no two days are the same in our busy and dynamic hospital.
Our veterinary team are skilled in diagnostic imaging, including diagnostic ultrasound, echocardiography and endoscopy, providing excellent opportunities to work alongside experienced clinicians and expand your capabilities in these areas. If you're keen to develop your diagnostic imaging knowledge, build your ultrasound skills, and grow your caseload with a supportive and experienced team, this is an outstanding role to do just that. We are looking for an experienced associate veterinarian to join the team on a full-time basis.
Our nine-vet clinic is fully equipped with:

In-house laboratory (Idexx Procyte, Catalyst One, CoagDx, Vetscan)

Ultrasound

X-ray with DR digital radiography

iM3 digital dental radiography

ECG
To be successful for this opportunity, you will have:

A Bachelor of Veterinary Science + current NSW Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in Australia.

A minimum of 1 year of small animal clinical experience preferred.

A passion for surgery but will also have an exceptional patient standard of care, excellent communication skills and dedication to client needs.

Interest in career progression and a genuine passion for supporting the clinic’s growth and development.

The ability to conduct consultations independently and providing high-quality care.

Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
