1) Dental Receptionist - Full-Time 5 days

The person will be a strong team player with excellent people skills providing expert receptionist and admin services, profitable scheduling, ability to make decisions, reactivating patients, reducing FTAs, implement ideas and drive growth. You will be friendly and professional, well presented with great organizational skills.
Your accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow and implement profitable appointment scheduling.
- Implement consistent clinical and office/admin protocols.
- Accurately generate and provide reports to Dentists.
- Manage patient records, Scanning documents, follow-up with labs, specialist referrals, vendors, and Medicare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage and improve Customer Interaction/retention and reactivation
- Direct Dental Assistants on effective stocking/order management
- Positive attitude and work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience at a Dental practice in Australia is mandatory
- Are highly organised, with attention to detail and keen to learn
- Financial knowledge
- Excellent team player and ability to empower Dental Assistants, Dentists and create a positive work environment
- Great organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle demanding customers
- Knowledge of Praktika is well regarded
- Prior experience as Dental Assistant is desirable
Previous prime management qualifications/training/experience is desirable.
Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and ability to commute reliably to Altona Meadows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $58,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
