The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a National member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care.
ACRRM is growing and we continue to build our teams in each state and territory across Australia and are now recruiting for a Northern Territory based Training Program Advisor (TPA).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the administrative management of the progression of Medical Registrars throughout their training journey with the College, while also providing ongoing support to Training Posts and Supervisors across the NT.
Duties of the role:
- Coordination and implementation of support services to our stakeholders including registrars, supervisors, and training posts in line with ACRRM’s fellowship program and College policies and standards.
- Ensure administrative tasks related to training documentation and data entry is accurate and updated in a timely manner to college data management platforms.
- Work with the regional training team to coordinate and manage the registrar training activities and training requirements in line with the fellowship program.
- Promote and support registrar wellbeing.
- Support events, education workshops and networking activities.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to:
