Waitstaff / Host – Cohort Coffee Roasters | Bronte Beach
Cohort Coffee Roasters is looking for energetic and personable Waitstaff / Hosts to join our team at a vibrant beachside venue in the heart of the Bronte Beach community.
We're searching for people who love hospitality, enjoy connecting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings positive energy to every shift, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly approach
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Run food and drinks to tables
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Operate POS systems and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Support the team during busy breakfast and lunch services
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers and local community members
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A passion for hospitality and customer experience
