Casual Cleaner – Metro Melbourne
Top Shelf Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented casual cleaners to join our team, covering residential, office, and facilities cleaning across metro Melbourne. Great opportunity for someone wanting flexible, casual hours.
What you'll be doing:
- General cleaning duties as required for the site — vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, surface wiping, and general tidying
- Following site-specific cleaning checklists across houses, offices, and facilities
- Working independently and reliably, often unsupervised
- Travelling to different locations across metro Melbourne as rostered
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual and thorough
- Own transport required, as you will be commuting to jobs across metro Melbourne
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes and other sites
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check before commencing work
- A Working with Children Check may be required for certain client sites
Pay & conditions:
Weekdays (ordinary hours)$33.85/hr
Saturday$47.39/hr
Sunday$60.93/hr
Public holidays$74.47/hr
(Early morning/evening penalty rates may also apply depending on shift times — confirmed at time of offer.)
Hours: Casual, hours vary week to week — expect 10+ hours per week
Location: Metro Melbourne (multiple sites)
Start date: Immediate
Pay: $33.85 – $38.00 per hour
