We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused HR Administrator to support our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, maintaining employee records, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the business.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining Human Resources and Office Administration. You'll work closely with the Directors to ensure smooth business operations while creating a positive and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate probation periods, performance reviews, and employee development activities.
- Monitor annual leave, personal leave, attendance, and other HR records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and company policies.
- Assist with HR administration, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
- Manage general office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company correspondence.
- Maintain company records, compliance documentation, and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Office Management.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Experience with HR systems or payroll software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
