The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves and understands Italian cuisine.
You'll be responsible for:
- Producing fresh pasta and accompanying sauces using traditional methods.
- Maintaining exceptional quality and consistency across all dishes.
- Managing daily mise en place and ensuring service runs efficiently.
- Perfectly execute food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering, recieving and inventory control.
- Working closely with the broader operations team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Contributing ideas for new menu items, seasonal specials and continuous improvement.
About You
- Previous experience as a Pasta Chef or similar role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of pasta dough preparation, pasta-making techniques and Italian cuisine an advantage.
- Passionate about quality ingredients and authentic cooking methods.
- Reliable, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as required.
- A team player who takes pride in producing outstanding food every day.
