Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is set on The Farm - an 80-acre working farm just outside town, home to macadamia orchards, gardens and a busy, produce-driven restaurant. It’s a high-volume venue with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for experienced Waitstaff and Bartenders to join the team.
This is a fast-paced, service-led environment. We’re after people who take pride in what they do - delivering warm, efficient service while maintaining strong attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing attentive, friendly and professional service
Running food and drinks while maintaining service flow
Working across both floor and bar as needed
Supporting the team to deliver a smooth, consistent guest experience
About you:
Experience in a busy restaurant or bar
Confident in both food and beverage service (wine & cocktails a plus)
Positive, reliable and team-focused
Calm and organised during busy service periods
Available weekends and peak periods
